Senior Vice President, Business & Legal Affairs

David Wardle is the Senior Vice President of Business & Legal Affairs for Saban Films, where he oversees all legal and business affairs matters for the company and plays a central role in supporting both content acquisitions and distribution partnerships. David has more than 15 years’ experience running in-house legal departments for independent film companies. Before going in-house, David represented banks, studios, and Fortune 500 companies at large law firms and specialty boutiques. Over the course of his career, he has closed dozens of distribution deals with studios, networks, and digital platforms, dozens of presale financings, hundreds of single-picture acquisitions, and a handful of content library sales. David is a graduate of Brigham Young University.
